Founded in 2016, Lit Support 365, LLC is a fast-growing litigation support company based out of Orange County, California and is a litigation support company providing litigation support services to law firms, in-house counsel, solo practitioners corporate counsel and legal service providers. 


Lit Support 365, LLC works closely with clients to anticipate, illuminate and overcome complex business challenges in areas such as investigations, forensic collections, litigation and general legal support.


Our services assist our clients with managing the risk and cost of the litigation life cycle from early case assessments, relevant document identification, ESI protocols and consultation, e-discovery, trial presentation and other legal support services.  From forensic data collections to fully managed document review services, we collaborate with our clients to deliver strategic solutions tailored to their unique legal and case specific requirements. With keen focus on the productivity and defensibility of document collections and reviews, clients rely on our comprehensive portfolio of software, services expertise to address matters ranging from internal investigations to large-scale litigation with global e-discovery requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a successful track record of building and developing sales and marketing strategies involving electronic discovery, document review, forensics, hosting, and legal process outsourcing to law firms and corporate general counsel, and must be a strategic thinker with a high caliber understanding of business development and technology. Responsibilities for this position will include light travel. This is a hunting sales position responsible for new business accrual from initial contact to close. Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is required. 



  • Must possess a fully developed and mature understanding of the legal environment: A) specifically knowledge of the litigation process and B) litigation support solutions to include the electronic data discovery process.

  • Develop and articulate a clear grasp of services provided related to eDiscovery and Litigation support services.

  • Must possess the ability to demonstrate a highly developed executive presentation skill with open, effective communication and relationship building capabilities.

  • Ability to influence and persuade decision makers at all levels of the organization and bring a thorough understanding of the selling and buying coalition.

  • Ability to achieve revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, as well as other sales metrics established by sales management and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.

  • Ability to ask probing questions to determine client needs and pain to develop solutions that meet clients need including financial benefit.

  • Develops new business and expands existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts in law firms, corporate in-house legal departments, solo practitioners and legal service providers.

  • Proven track record of business development and the ability to maintain existing accounts.

  • Maintain an active calendar of new client meetings and industry networking events.

  • Facilitate communication with clients to build long-term relationships to help achieve business goals.

  • Develop new business with current clients and identify areas of improvement when needed.

  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to grow opportunities within the territory.

  • Balance the need to close business quickly while concurrently working with clients consultatively to identify client needs and match them with service offerings.


  • Current contacts and/or book of business in this marketplace or preexisting client base of law firm and corporate contacts and EDD/ESI, LPO or technology-based sales experience are essential to your success.

  • Five plus years of high-level eDiscovery, litigation support or LPO experience sales experience.

  • Knowledge of litigation discovery best practices involving consulting, processing, review and production.

  • A track-record of successfully selling large-scale eDiscovery or Document Review services.

  • Proven discipline developing and effectively executing detailed target account plans, penetration strategies and pipeline management strategies.

  • Proven experience concurrently managing selling-cycles of varying length.

  • A flexible approach to communication; able to adapt message quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise, polish, and relevance.

  • A highly intelligent and energetic executive attitude with the ability to quickly assess business situations and act in an informed and decisive manner to drive required results.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to articulate complex subject matter to non-technical audiences in a concise and compelling manner.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit; the drive to build and grow a dynamic and vibrant business.

  • Some travel may be required.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Strong understanding of the Relativity platform. Familiar with other platforms including: IConnect, Concordance, Clearwell, IPRO eCapture, NUIX, CS Disco, Reveal, Lexbe and other cloud eDiscovery platforms.

  • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Outlook, MS Project and Sharepoint.

  • Working knowledge and understanding of CRM systems.
